Kristina Sladkova is the manager of Lilena. She commenced working for the company in February 2016 when she moved from Austria to Cornwall. She studied at the university of Vienna, finished her Bachelors degree in psychology and is currently submitting her master thesis. She gained practical experience from working within mental health institutions alongside clinical psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists implementing evidence based treatments. She has also successfully completed fundamental mental health training.

Georgina Bevis is the registered manager of Pentree Lodge. She commenced working for the company in October 2012. Georgina has completed A FDSC in youth & community Studies and a HONS degree in psychology specialising in Mental Health..
